PURPOSE:To facilitate the transfer of even a food material having high tackiness to the next step without causing the adhesion of the material to the transfer means by extruding a continuous food material with an extruder and transferring the material in a state floated with an air stream. CONSTITUTION:A continuous food material 2 extruded from an extruder 1 is transferred with a transfer apparatus to the next step (e.g. a cutting step with a cutting means composed of pair of rollers 19, 19 and cutting edges 21). The transfer apparatus is composed of an air-permeable belt conveyor 3 extended over an air-blasting means 15. The food material 2 can be transferred under cooling in a state floating on the belt conveyor 3. |
