PURPOSE:To make it possible to transfer a work from one spindle to the other spindle while rotating the spindles in a lathe having two spindles on the opposite sides on the same axis by adding speed deviation signals of the two spindles to a speed command of either of the spindles to correct the speed command of the spindle. CONSTITUTION:Servomotors 1, 2 used to rotate two spindles in a machine tool are rotated and controlled at a specified speed by a current command from speed control circuits 3, 4. When command speeds v1, v2 are given to the speed control circuits 3, 4 the speeds of the servomotors 1, 2 are detected respectively by speed detectors 5, 6, and the detected results are outputted as speed data to an adder 7, which calculates a deviation speed. In PI action control circuit 8, proportional plus integral data are formed based on the deviation speed calculated by the adder 7. Thus, one of the speed commands are corrected based on the above calculated speed deviation. |
