PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the address calculation of an inchannel storage device during subchannel address generation by putting an equipment number selected by a selecting means and address modification information in a microinstruction together into address information. CONSTITUTION:A microinstruction read out of ROM521 is held in an ROM data register 522. The equipment number of input/output equipment generating an interruption is held in a register 538 and the equipment number of equipment started by a chennel starting instruction is held in an SIO stack 539. A selecting circuit 541 selects the output of a stack register 540 or interrupting equipment number register 538. The output of the selecting circuit 541, i.e. equipment number is put together with the address modification information in the microinstruction to obtain address information on access to an RAM514. This address information is stored in a subchannel address register 516. |
