PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the output of laser by atmospheric gas, by mounting a partition wall for blocking the beam route from a laser source to printing work from the outside atmosphere to surround the same and a means for introducing a laser beam pervious gas into the beam route under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam pervious gas introducing pipes 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d for introducing a laser beam pervious gas are respectively provided to the pipes 103a-103d of a beam route from the side surfaces thereof and laser beam pervious gas streams 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are generated in the respective pipes 103a-103d of the beam route from said pipes. Next, a pipe 3 becoming a partition wall for blocking the beam route from the surrounding device to enclose the same is provided between a condensing lens holder 106 and a printing work 107 and a laser beam pervious gas introducing pipe 1e for introducing the laser beam pervious gas is also provided to the said pipe 3 from the side surface thereof. Then, the atmosphere in the pipe 3 is replaced with the laser beam pervious gas to generate a laser beam transmitted gas stream 2e and a laser beam pervious gas stream 2f flowing out from the gap on the side of the printing work 107 is formed. |
