PURPOSE:To activate the scalp, by coating the head after washing and drying with a hair tonic and repeating pressure reduction due to suction and the breaking thereof with respect to a cover-like hollow body capable of forming an airtight space on the head at an arbitrary cycle. CONSTITUTION:The hair part of the surface of the scalp is wetted with water or shampoo and the head is covered with a cap case 1 while an air pump 4 is operated to suck the air in the cap case 1 from an air supply and discharge port 2. The whole or part of the air is sent into an airtight tube 5 through an air feed hose 7 to expand the airtight tube 5 and the surface of the scalp brought into contact with the tube 5 is pressed to well hold an airtight state and, further, air is vented to reduce the pressure of the cap case 1. The scalp is drawn outwardly not only to relax the scalp but also to suck out the secretion or solid stagnating in pores, a sebaceous gland or a sweat gland. By repeating operation such that pressure reduction is continued for a definite time and broken, the scalp receives massage action to be improved in blood circulation and, as a result, blood can be concentrated to the hair root part under the skin to supply nutrients thereto and the scalp can be activated. |
