PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational and compact tool or instrument, avoiding the risk of death from overwork of a doctor and a nurse and a medical error by advancing the high efficiency of medical examination, diagnosis and operation of the doctor and the nurse. SOLUTION: A medical spatula is configured to remove foreign matter such as saliva, body fluid and blood by suction or spraying using a hole penetrating from the front end to the rear end, using a hole deviated from the center of the spatula to one side, or using two holes deviated from the center to one side.
