PURPOSE:To improve the bearing performance, to reduce manufacturing cost, and to miniaturizing the unit size by forming a retaining part at the bottom side end- surface of the inner, recessed part of a raceway groove and fixing a holding plate to the raceway groove end surface on the opening side or in the opposite direction with the retaining part in order to hold a rolling element by means of both retaining part and holding plate. CONSTITUTION:Raceway grooves 1a and 2a are formed into nearly a letter-V-shaped groove, respectively. A retaining part 2b is formed at the upper end surface of a raceway groove 2a of a casing 2 in such a manner that the retaining part 2b is projected to the rail 1 side with the vertical line V passing through the center of a ball 8. In addition, the raceway groove 2a on the slide unit 10 side situated on the opposite side is formed so that the tip part of the raceway surface is apart from the vertical line V, and a holding plate 4 whose sectional shape is of a letter-L is fixed. Further, the thickness of a retaining part 4a formed on the rail side is set in such a manner that the retaining part 4a is situated projected from the vertical line V. Then the ball 8 is held by both retaining part 2b and holding plate 4. Accordingly, the bearing performance can be enhanced, while the number of parts can be lessened. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, while the size can be miniaturized. |
