PURPOSE: To miniaturize this device, and to simplify volume adjustment by providing two touch contacts to be used at the time of controlling the amplification level of a sound at an amplifier circuit means, and arranging the touch contacts so as to be adjacent to the both sides of a battery door at the touchable side of a face plate. CONSTITUTION: A face plate assembly F is shaped like a large disc, and a battery door 16 and a guide 18 are attached to this. Touch contact wires 20 are added to this. The guide 18 is formed at right angles to a face plate 22, and positioned at the side part of the battery door 16. This door 16 is a little projected from the face plate 22, and this can be easily closed and opened. Also, the touch contact wires 20 are positioned at the most projected part of a hearing aid H so that the both wires 20 can be easily touched by a user. Thus, an amplifier circuit C of the hearing aid can detect the touch of a finger, and adjust the volume. |
