PURPOSE:To raise density and to eliminate durability of oxidation, by sealing mixed powder of raw material oxides for superconducting ceramic in a container in vacuum, heat-treating the container at high temperature under high pressure, taking out the prepared superconducting ceramic and heat-treating the ceramic at high temperature under high pressure. CONSTITUTION:Powder of plural oxides 2 (Y-Ba-Cu base) to be made into a material for superconducting ceramic is sealed in a container (Cu capsule) 1 in vacuum, heat-treated by a HIP device 3 at high temperature and under high pressure and solidified. Then a superconducting ceramic 5 taken out from the container (Cu capsule 1 is heat-treated again by the HIP device 3 in an oxygen atmosphere at high temperature and under high pressure. |
