PURPOSE:To diagnose a network parameter to each equipment automatically by providing respectively a network management virtual call between an MHS main body and a PSE and between the MHS main body and a PAD and transferring the management data of the PSE and PAD to the MHS main body. CONSTITUTION:When the search request of a network parameter comes by a management terminal equipment 3 connected to an MHS main body 1, a network management virtual call is set from the MHS main body 1 to the PSE 4 and the PAD 7, the network parameters 5, 8 of the PSE 4 and the PAD 7 are transferred to the MHS main body 1 to diagnose the contradiction or registration missing on the network data. Thus, the management data is managed unifiedly in the MHS main body 1.
