PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of a disk and to enable stabilized fast forwarding/rewinding by providing the position regulation part regulating the about center position of the other face side of a case from which a center core is not exposed on a cartridge holder. CONSTITUTION:When a disk cartridge is inputted from a cartridge insertion hole 1a, it is inserted into the storing chamber 28 of a holder 6. With the insertion being completed a trigger arm comes out of a locking pin with its rotation, a sliding plate is moved to the part of a front panel 1 by the spring force of a coil spring 23, the holder 6 is displaced to a loading position and a recording and reproducing capable state is attained. The cartridge is supported at the specified position with the four corners of the case being abutted by a positioning pin and dowel part 74. When the vibration, etc. are exerted from the external part on the cartridge in this state, an upper case and disk are tried to vibrate, but due to being supported by abutting by dowel parts 74, 75 it is not vibrated so large and even if vibrated the amplitude is small and it is stopped at once.
