摘要 PURPOSE:To speed up flaw detection with high accuracy by inputting and storing in advance a shape data of a body to be measured, and executing a driving control so that a position and a direction of an ultrasonic probe are held at a prescribed angle and distance, based on the stored data. CONSTITUTION:The measuring part is provided with a shape data storage part 12 for storing a shape of a body to be measured, a storage part 13 of a characteristic function of a motor, a driving control part 15 for bringing the motor of each axis to a driving control, and an arithmetic processing part 11, etc. Subsequently, at the upper part of the body to be measured, a distance sensor 2 is scanned, and a shape function is inputted to the storage part 12. Next, in the processing part 11, a point being in a prescribed distance in the normal direction in each point on the surface of the body to be measured is derived, and a probe 6 is brought to a flaw detection. Also, a motor characteristic from the storage part 13 is inputted to a control part 15 through the processing part 11, and the probe 6 is brought to a flaw detection at a high speed and with high accuracy, while profiling at a prescribed distance from the surface of the body to be measured, and also, at a prescribed angle.
