PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of visual field direction and to obtain a normal image irrespective of the angle of mounting by incorporating an adjustment mechanism to correct the visual field direction and to obtain a normal image in its own image pickup device installed in a bank, etc. CONSTITUTION:On a case 1, step parts 12, 12a are formed to fix the mounting base 2 of a substrate, and on the axis of the parts 12, 12a, column parts 11, 11a in which through holes 13, 13a are formed, and on which a mounting base 3 for lens, etc., is fixed rotatablly, are provided. Accordingly, an image can be always obtained from a desired direction irrespective of the state of the mounting of the image pickup device. The mounting angle of the mounting base 3 is made adjustable vertically and laterally by rotating the base around the fixed axes of the column parts 11, 11a on the case, hence the mounting angle of a lens with the case can be easily modified. A coupling part 15 case capable of changing the mounting angle of the image pickup device for mounting block fixing the pickup device on the wall or the ceiling, is provided to the case therefore, the visual field of the camera can be easily changed.
