PURPOSE:To consecutively reproduce a momentary voice at a certain time, by holding a momentary voice signal at a certain time when a reproducing operation is stopped, and supplying a held voice signal to a speaker. CONSTITUTION:By operating a transient stopping device 4 at a reproduction stopping time in the middle way of the reproduction of the voice signal, the state of the reproduction stopping time is held, and also, as for the content of a voice signal holding device 7, the voice signal at the reproduction stopping time is held during the reproduction stopping time. Thereby, a voice signal conversion device 2 always samples the voice signal at the reproduction stopping time, and the voice at the reproduction stopping time is always outputted from the speaker 3. After a prescribed time, by stopping the transient stopping device 4, the reproduction of the voice according to a reproducing time is restarted. In such a way, it is possible to reproduce the momentary voice at a certain time consecutively.
