PURPOSE:To aim at the reduction of an installation space for a drive device and a decrease in its cost by constituting a hydraulic elevator and sky parking zone in such a way as to be selectively drivable with a pair of a fluid pressure generator and a controller, thereby using the drive device in common. CONSTITUTION:There are installed a hydraulic elevator 1 and plural sky parking zones 2a, 2b. There is also installed a hydraulic unit 7 having a fluid pressure generator 3, a fluid control valve 4 and a distribution control valve 5. In addition, there is provided a controller 6 for controlling the hydraulic unit 7 in response to a call signal from the elevator 1 or the respective sky parking zones 2a, 2b. Therefore, in response to any call signal from the elevator 1 or the respective sky parking zones 2a, 2b, the controller 6 controls the distribution control valve 5 and connects the corresponding device to the fluid control valve 4. And, in the case of an ascending command, for example, pressure fluid is supplied to the corresponding device while the fluid pressure generator 3 is driven and flow rate is controlled by the fluid control valve 4.
