PURPOSE:To prevent entanglement and damage of cord before they happen, by equipping an oscillating arm with a sensor to electrically detect mud pressure resistance and providing a sensor cord with flexibility to absorb movement at an attaching part. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 7 is attached through a shock absorbing spring 15 to the bottom of the tip of an oscillating arm 8 and a cord 18 from the piezoelectric element 7 is connected from the interior of the oscillating arm 8 through a supporting shaft 9 to a control device. An elbow pipe 20 to protect a cord 18 is set at a part wherein the cord 18 is inserted from the supporting shaft 9 into the oscillating arm 8. Consequently, part wherein two pairs of members relatively and mutually move is only the part to attach the oscillating arm to the machine body. The other parts of the cord is made into an approximately fixed state of the oscillating arm and the machine body only by providing the sensor cord with a little flexibility.
