PURPOSE:To reduce loads at the time of initially driving and to improve the speed of driving a shutter by respectively providing plays on a member to be driven and a linkage part linking the member to be driven and a driving member and making play stars different every continuation part. CONSTITUTION:Shutter fans 2 and 4 are held to be able to turn by fitting an axis 8a and holes 2d and 4d. Long holes 2b and 4b provided in the fans 2 and 4 are engaged with pins 12a and 12b of an opening/closing lever 12 and the fans are turned by the movement of the pins. The operational direction of the pins 12a and 12b is clockwise centering around the fulcrum 12e of the lever 12. In a long hole 4b, the play is not provided in a movement direction of the pin 12b and in the long hole 2b, long play is provided in a movement direction of the pin 12a. By constituting like this, if a voltage is impressed on a bimorph 14, the fan 5 turns a little later than the fan 4, so that the loads at the time of initially driving are reduced and the improvement of the driving speed can be possible.
