<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the need of increasing the precision of an individual part and reduce the dimensions of a reduction gear by connecting an output shaft and an external gear through a drive having a spline or spline hole at the both edge parts. CONSTITUTION:An external gear 34 having a trochoid gear form is fitted through an eccentric body bearing 33 onto an eccentric body 32 fixed onto an input shaft 31, and is meshed, inscribed with an internal gear consisting of an internal gear 36 and an outer pin 37. A spline hole 38 is formed onto the external gear 34, and the eccentric body bearing 33 is directly fitted. While, a spline 40 concentric to the input shaft 31 is installed onto an output shaft 39, and a cylindrical drive 41 having a spline 42 at one edge and a spline hole 43 at the other edge is floated to connect the output shaft 39 and the external gear 34. Therefore, the necessary performance can be secured without increasing the working precision of an individual part, the dimension can be reduced, the output shaft is prevented from being applied with a large radial load, and transmission error can be reduced.</p> |
