PURPOSE:To improve the density of a color image and to reduce the generation of fogging of the titled material by providing with a layer contg. a photosensitive silver halide, a reducing agent, a dye donating compd. and a precursor of a specified development restrainer on a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The titled material is provided with the layer contg. the photosensitive silver halide, the reducing agent, the dye donating compd. and the precursor of the specified development restrainer on the supporting body. In formula I, PWR is a group capable of releasing (Time)-AF group at the time of reducing, Time is a group capable of releasing AF group, AF is a group of a development restrainer, t is 0, 1. The precursor of the development restrainer shown by formula II is preferable in the compd. shown by formula I. In formula II, EAG is a group capable of accepting an electron, X is -O-, -S- or -NR<3>- group, R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are each a single binding group or a group except hydrogen atom., Time is a group capable of releasing AF group by cleaving a N-X binding. Accordingly, as a said precursor is incorporated in the titled material, the increase of the max. and the min densities of the color image is lessened, even in case of changing a developing temp., and the generation of fogging can be reduced. |
