PURPOSE:To obtain control adapted highly to an external command, by being synchronized with the frequency of a power system, and by arranging a means for generating the pulse signal of frequency multiplied by the integer of the frequency of the power system, and a means for repeating signal processing according to the pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:So far as the power controlling system of an inverter 1 is concerned, the input of system potential detected by a detecting transformer 6, to a phase detector 8 is provided, and then, by a PLL circuit consisting of a voltage controlling oscillator 9 and frequency dividers 10, 11, a phase difference controlling action is performed, and the frequency of the output signal d of the frequency divider 11 is permitted to coincide with system frequency, and they are synchronized with each other. After that, the output b of the voltage controlling oscillator 9 synchronized with the system frequency is frequency-divided by the frequency divider 10, and by an interruption pulse generating circuit 12, pulse train e is produced and the input to a CPU 15 is provided. By the CPU 15, according to the pulse train e for the input, counters 14a, 14b and an FF 13 are controlled, and the output of a gate pulse pattern j is generated. Then, based on command applied from a power command circuit 10 and a voltage command circuit 19, the gate pulse pattern is controlled. |
