<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a resin-clad steel plate excellent in flatness without breaking a resin film by a method wherein a double-sided adhesive tape, which elongates so as to have tension bearing components both in longer direction and in width direction, is pasted at the tip part of a resin film. CONSTITUTION:A double-sided adhesive tape 2a, which elongates in width direction, is attached to the tip part on the pasting side of a resin film 1, and a plurality of double-sided adhesive tapes 2b, which respectively connect to said double-sided adhesive tape 2a and elongate in the longitudinal direction of the resin film 1, are attached on the resin film. The double-sided adhesive tape 2a has a tension bearing component in width direction. The double-sided adhesive tape 2b has a tension bearing component in the longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the resin film 1 can be pasted onto a steel band 5 under the state where neither sagging nor wrinkles are developed. By sticking to the steel band 5 the resin film 1, the which the double-sided adhesive tapes 2a and 2b are stuck, the resin film 1 having a favorable flatness is stuck from the tip part on the sticking side. In addition, surface defects such as wrinkles, irregularities and the like do not develop on the surface of the cladded resin film 1.</p> |
