PURPOSE:To connect a choke member to a lead wire reliably and stably by hermetically inserting pipe-shaped terminals having collar portions through a stem insulator and soldering the bottom section of the cup-shaped choke member to the collar portion. CONSTITUTION:A cup-shaped insulator forming a stem 11 is placed with its bottom portion faced upward, and the first and second pipe-shaped terminals 12, 13 are hermetically inserted into two holes of this bottom section respectively. End sections of the first and second lead wires 4, 5 are inserted through the pipe-shaped terminals 12, 13 and soldered. In addition, a cup-shaped choke member 14 has a bulged portion 14a on its bottom section, and the flat bottom of the bulged portion 14a is soldered on the surface of the collar portion 13a of the second pipe-shaped terminal 13 by a soldering material layer 15.
