PURPOSE:To obtain high resolution by forming parallel grooves on the surface of plate-shaped bodies, disposing light transmission bodies into these grooves, and laminating the plate-shaped bodies in parallel so as to face each other. CONSTITUTION:This arrays has two sheets of plate members 9, 10, plural parallel grooves 11, 12 formed on the surfaces 9a, 10a of the plate members facing each other, the plural circular cylindrical light transmission bodies 8 respectively disposed in the plural grooves 11, 12 and intermediate members 13, 13' installed at both ends of the plate members 9, 10. The image of an object existing on an object surface is transmitted in unmagnification to an image plane by the array of the light transmission bodies 8. The surely fixed light transmission bodies is obtd merely by disposing the light transmission bodies 8 in the grooves 11, 12 formed to the plate-shaped bodies and immediately adhering the same and, therefore, the light transmission bodies can be arranged to each other with high accuracy and the resolution is enhanced.
