[Also in Division B4] A holder for a flexible tool C comprises a rigid bar D and two attachment means A, B to which the tool C is fixed, the attachment means B being a block which is slidable to allow the tool C to be deformed by a screw-adjusted spring F to a required curvature. The attachment means A is a block which may be pivotally connected to the bar. The spring F may extend along the entire length of the tool C and two or more adjustment means E, G and F may be provided. The spring F may be shaped to press on the tool C at two longitudinally separated points. |
