PURPOSE:To collect a data in a mobile radio system efficiently by allowing a mobile station to select a time slot at random and sending the data for the period of the time slot. CONSTITUTION:A base station 2 sends a polling signal P after a prescribed time elapses after sending a call signal to a mobile station 22, receives the data of each mobile station 22 in a time slot split at a prescribed time of interval after the transmission of the polling signal, each mobile station 22 selects the time slot at random by the data transmission operation of the operator by a mobile station and sends the data for the period of the selected time slot after the reception of the polling signal. Thus, only the mobile station 22 replying the call by the base station s selects the time slot at random from predetermined several time slots and sends the data to the base station 2 for the period of the time slot.
