PURPOSE:To attain communication requiring emergency by fitting a bomb with a gas whose specific gravity is smaller than that of air compressed and sealed therein to an air inlet port of an expanding and contacting tank made of an elastic member and providing further a small sized transmitter. CONSTITUTION:The small sized transmitter 5 is operated as required to release the gas diffuser of a bas bomb 2 thereby discharging the internal compressed gas and filling in the gas into an elastic member such as a rubber balloon 1. The rubber balloon 1 expanded by hydrogen gas is floated in air and it flies high up in sky together with the small sized transmitter 5 attached therewith. Thus, an emergency or the like is sent over a wide range even to a district where a radio wave is hardly reached.
