摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To minimize variations in tension between respective stands and to stabilize the quality by selecting a controller matching to a condition from previously set controllers based on a bite and runout signals and optimizing a roll speed. CONSTITUTION:Respective controllers finding a speed command value to a driving motor for a biting stand rolling mill based on an input signal of a difference of a tension of a rolled stock 4 between stands from the criterion value and giving a speed command to a speed controller 5 for a mill driving motor are installed in accordance with respective bite and runout conditions. A biting condition of the stock 4 to be rolled is detected based on a bite and a runout signals, a controller matching to the condition is selected, a roll speed of a stand where a bite occurs is changed by the controller so as to minimize variations in tension between respective stands. In this method, the quality is stabilized.</p> |
