PURPOSE:To ensure the correct arrangement of a supply reel by providing three sets of L-shaped leg type locking devices having a standing reel and rocked down at a proper place, plural separation detectors and plural signal transmitters. CONSTITUTION:Thin and long detecting members 72, 74 76 are arranged to the bottom face 88 of a supply reel hub and each end of each member is placed to a throughhole 52. Detection projections 80, 82, 84 are arranged respectively at the end of the members 72, 74, 76 and the projections 80, 82, 84 are arranged to the hole 52 at the opposite side to the probe chips 56, 58, 60. The detection members 72, 74, 76, 78 detecting the write enable rings are all operated in the same mode. As an example, the member 72 is thin and long and the probe chip 56 is arranged to penetrate the hole 52, protruded somewhat from the slope surface 48 on the supply reel hub 16, the projection 80 for detection exists at the opposite side of the chip 56 and a two-split end 64 is fitted to the other end of the thin and long member 72 at the opposite side to the end where the probe chip 56 is fitted.
