PURPOSE:To detect a correct load, by cancelling errors due to a difference in coefficient of linear expansion between elastic surface wave resonators. CONSTITUTION:One of two elastic surface wave resonators formed into a strain generating body is provided at an input side oscillation circuit B1 and the other thereof at a reference side oscillation circuit B2. Frequency signals of the circuits B1 and B2 are inputted into a computer (d) through frequency dividers S1 and S2 to cancel a deviation of resonance frequency due to a difference in coefficient of linear expansion between the two elastic surface wave resonators thereby enabling detection of a correct load.
