PURPOSE:To remove the occurrence of no-load injection by a structure wherein a controlling unit, which controls so as to bring a material feeding device to the stop state, when the remainder of the number of moldable products from the specified number of products to mold reaches the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, molding is done by using molding material 4 in a hopper 10 under the state that both suction blowers 5 and 9 are put into actuation. A main controlling device 18 calculates how many more products can be molded by the material 4, which is supplied to the cylinder part 14 of an injection molder and, in addition, left in a hopper 10 and in a drying device 7, on the basis of data, which are fetched from the memory of the main controlling device 18, such as the number of a hopper in use, the specific gravity of material, the standard weight of product, the volume of the cylinder of the injection molder and the like and sends the calculated result to a controller 15. The controller 15 compares the present yield sent from a product counting device 17 with the number of products to mold sent from the main controlling device 18 so as to stop the actuations of the blowers 5 and 9 when the remainder of the present yield from the number of products to mold reaches the predetermined value. The molding after the stop of the blowers 5 and 9 is done only by the molding material 4 left. When the target number of production is reached, the controller 15 puts the suction blowers 6 and 9 into actuation so as to charge molding material 3 from a material bag 1 into the cylinder part 14. Accordingly, the occurrence of no-load injection can be removed. |
