PURPOSE:To attain the changing of a measuring phenomenon or a measuring item by preparing arbitrarily a mask value to instruct the measuring phenomenon and the measuring item at a file memory beforehand, setting the mask value to a measuring means at the time of measuring the performance of a device preventing the changing of a program and changing or adding the mask value of the file memory. CONSTITUTION:When a measuring item and a measuring phenomenon are changed and added, the mask value of a file memory 2 is changed and added, the mask value added and changed at the time of measurement is read, set to a measuring means 1, a timing pulse and a prescribed signal are counted by a measuring means 1 and performance measurement can be executed based on the counted value. Namely, only by reading the mask value from the film memory 2 and then, by executing the processing to prepare the data delivered to a measuring means which is hardware, measurement can be executed without being conscious of a padding value in a program. Thus, the changing and adding of the measuring phenomenon can be easily executed by rewriting a file. |
