The invention relates to a parison die whose mantle and die ring, adapted to one another, together form an exchangeable die assembly and in which at least one die assembly is provided with a conically tapering and conically enlarging die gap. In the said parison die, spacer pins are mounted in the axially adjustable die holder and limit the upward movement of the die holder and thus the minimum gap width of the conically tapering die gap, whereas, together with the conically enlarging die assembly, anchor screws can be attached to the housing which limit the downward movement of the die holder and thus the minimum gap width of the conically enlarging die gap.
