PURPOSE:To improve the luminance and saturation of an image and to expand an angle at which the image can be observed well by forming a surface having class 2 diffuser reflectivity. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum foil of about 10mu thickness, which is formed by subjecting, for example, metallic aluminum the surface of which has the class 2 diffuse reflectivity to rough rolling, passing the same vertically between two upper and lower rolls making diametrical contact with a central rolling roller, superposing two sheets of the annealed metal aluminum and rolling the same, has the class 2 diffuse reflectivity on the surfaces facing each other. While LDPE is extrusion-coated on white original paper for photography, the metallic aluminum is laminated thereon and the other face of the substrate is subjected to a corona discharge treatment; thereafter, HDPE is extrusion-coated thereon to form a PE resin layer having 30mu thickness.
