PURPOSE:To obtain the high mechanical efficiency by arranging a plurality of vanes in symmetrical form around a rotor shaft and connecting a pair of vanes arranged in symmetry by a connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of vanes 13 in symmetry among a plurality of vanes 13 arranged in a symmetrical form around a rotor shaft are connected with a rotor 12 through a connecting rod 14, and held so that the distance between the top edges of a pair of vanes 13 is made constant. While, the shape of a cam ring 11 is formed so that the region CD in the condition of the terminal edge of a suction port 15 with the front edge of a discharge port 16 forms a circular arc having a radius of r5, and the region FA between the terminal edge of the discharge port 16 and the front edge of the suction port 15 is formed to a circular arc having the radius of r4 a little larger than the radius of the rotor 12, and the diameter of the cam ring 11 is made nearly equal to the distance between the top edges of a pair of vanes 13 at all parts. Therefore, the variation of the capacity of a working chamber on the enclosure of fluid is prevented, and since the frictional force which is generated between the cam ring 11 by the centrifugal force of the vane 13 is little, the mechanical efficiency can be improved. |
