PURPOSE:To simplify a device and to reduce its cost by providing a test circuit part having a control part controlling a test channel address. CONSTITUTION:In the test circuit part 14, a voice test pattern is outputted from an oscillation circuit 15 and amplified 16. Then a PCM coding circuit 4 converts the pattern into a parallel digital signal, while a P/S conversion circuit 5 converts the signal into a serial one and outputs it to a gate circuit 17. A memory 19 outputs a necessary channel address. An address decoder 23 outputs an ON signal to the circuit 17. A voice interface circuit part 13 loops back voice test data outputted from the circuit 17, and the data returns to the test circuit part 14. A reception circuit 21 detects the data through an S/P conversion circuit 6 and a PCM decoding circuit 7. A comparator circuit 22 compares a signal transmitting the test pattern with a reception signal, and outputs the diagnosed results to a control part 18. The results are displayed to the outside.
