PURPOSE:To improve the processing performance by continuously taking out related element data from a virtual storage means based on data identifiers continuously generated for respective element data by a transfer information generating means. CONSTITUTION:An identifier is added to each element data, and data identifiers of respective element data to be read out are continuously generated by the transfer information generating means at the time of referring to transferred vector data, and related data are read out from the virtual storage means based on these data identifiers by a virtual storage access means and are stored in vector registers 12-4-1-12-4-8. Direct transfer of vector data, asynchronous transfer, and transfer independent of the transfer order of elements of vector data between processors are possible by this operation. |
