PURPOSE:To improve a riding comfortableness and grounding capability of wheels by making a working fluid supply and exhaust to an actuator to be controlled to constrain an actuator force based on a frequency component of a spring displacement frequency below a spring resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION:A detected signal Sa, pressure signal Sp, and displacement signal Ss are inputted into a controller 100 from a vibration sensor 33, pressure sensor 35, and displacement sensor 23 respectively. This causes the controller 100 to make a cutoff processing of a frequency of the vibration sensor signal Sa, obtain a frequency component below a spring resonance frequency, then to make a given arithmetic processing with other signal Sp and Ss, and to output control signals Ca and Cb of an electro-magnetic control valves 30 and 31. This causes the force of an actuator 18 to vary so that a movement in a spring or unspring is to be constrained. This constitution enables a grounding capability of wheels and riding comfortableness to be improved. |
