NEW MATERIAL:A 1-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane expressed by formula I (X is halogen; X; is halogen or H; Y is nucleophilic substituent group; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are same or different and H or alkyl). EXAMPLE:5-Acetoxy-9,9-dichloro-1-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane. USE:Useful as a medicine or agricultural chemical or intermediate therefor. PREPARATION:An 8-halogen-substituted methyl-1-azabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes expressed by formula II is heated in the presence of a nucleophilic reagent in a solvent, e.g. pyridine, methanol, toluene, etc., to carry out rearrangement reaction and afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. For example, acetic acid, propionic acid, thiophelate, etc., may be used as the nucleophilic reagent. |
