Substances for the experimental investigation of membrane proteins and process for their preparation

摘要

The synthesis of surface-active derivatives of taurocholic acid is described. Preferably 4'-amino-7-benzamido-3 alpha ,12 alpha ,5 beta -taurocholic acid and analogous compounds are suitable for the isolation, characterisation and further experimental investigation of membrane proteins.
