Utility vehicle with an auxiliary frame secured on the vehicle frame, intended for receiving an interchangeable body (container) and in which there is mounted a longitudinally displaceable carriage which is provided with a driving device and bears a hydraulic lifting device for putting down, slipping over and picking up the body, and with an extendable support at the rear end of the auxiliary frame, the lifting device being designed as a fork lift truck with forks which reach under the floor of the body and the length of which is greater than half the length of the body.
