摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the discharge of foreign substances into the outside by providing a groove on at least either one attraction surface of a driver and an armature, which are adsorbed on each other by way of electrifying an electromagnetic material, in such a manner that it is directed from the center of rotation in the direction of radiation, or its is sloped from the direction of radiation toward the rear side in the direction of rotation. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic clutch device is enabled to transmit power in such a manner that a magnetic flux generated through energizing a coil 23, which is placed within an annular space in a pulley 20 as a driver, causes an armature 15 to be attracted against the force of a leaf spring 16, and the attraction surface 15a of the armature 15 is brought in contact under pressure with the attraction surface 20a of the pulley 20. In this case, on at least either one of the attraction surface 15a and the attraction surface 20a is provided a groove 30, which pierces the surface from the inside in the radial direction to the outside, in such a manner that it is directed from the center of rotation in the direction of radiation, or it is sloped from the direction of radiation toward the rear side in the direction of rotation. Hereby, foreign substances, such as an abrasion powder or a leakage oil or the like, on the attraction surfaces 15a, 20a can be discharged through the groove 30 into the outside.</p>
