PURPOSE:To enable discrimination whether product is pressurized and solidified at the normal metal pressure or not by discriminating whether a recess part corresponding to a sliding member in a metal pressure discrimination device is formed on the surface of a die-casting product or not. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure casting equipment 2, the die 4, 6 is supported to each holder 3, 5 and the sliding member 16 of the metal pressure discrimination device 1 is inserted as sliding freely into a guide hole 15 opening on the cavity 7 through a spring member 17. Molten metal M supplied on a plunger 10 in a sleeve 9 is poured into the cavity 7 a piston 13 of cylinder device 12, and then pressure receiving face of the member 16 is the same level as the cavity 7 face. When the inner pressure in the cavity 7 is not ascended to the normal pressure, the molten metal M is solidified as the pressure receiving face of the member 16 is projected and the recess part corresponding to the member 16 is formed on the product surface. In this way, the discrimination, whether the product is pressurized and solidified at the normal metal pressure or not, is obtd.
