PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a motor by sealing steam and liquid immersed from the lower side of a separator to the upper side with a lower side sealing member and also sealing dust immersed from the upper side of the motor to the lower side with the upper side sealing member. CONSTITUTION:After a sealing member A(14a) is mounted on the upper portion of a rotating shaft 3 in a pump, a sealing member B(14b) is mounted as clamping a separator 13. Therefore, the dust from a motor is sealed with the sealing member A(14a) mounted on the upper sealed chamber side and the immersion of vapor and liquid generated from the lower sealed chamber side is mainly sealed with the sealing member B(14b) mounted on the lower sealed chamber side. Thus, it is possible to prolong the service life of the motor.
