TREATMENT DEVICE FOR KITCHEN GARBAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for kitchen garbage realizing the improvement of decomposition efficiency of the kitchen garbage by an aerobic microorganism and deodorization efficiency by water feeding. SOLUTION: The treating device 1 for kitchen garbage is provided with a treatment tank 3 for accommodating the kitchen garbage and the aerobic microorganism and decomposing/treating the kitchen garbage; a stirrer 4 for stirring the kitchen garbage in this treatment tank 3; and a water feeder 7 for feeding water into the treatment tank 3. This water feeder 7 feeds mist-like water into the treatment tank 3. Spraying is carried out into the treatment tank 3 by the water feeder 7 while stirring the kitchen garbage in the treatment tank 3 by the stirrer 4. This spraying is periodically carried out and a spraying amount is adjusted based on a treatment temperature in the treatment tank 3.
