PURPOSE:To obtain a device of high heat insulating effect by constituting parts where large load is applied and parts that become high temperature and parts to which large thermal stress is applied of metals and providing frames made of resin low in heat conductivity in other parts. CONSTITUTION:An upper frame 1 and a lower frame 2 constituted of resin high in heat resistance and low in heat conductivity are provided, and a metallic front upper side plate 5, a front lower side plate 6, a rear upper side plate 7 and a rear lower side plate 8 are screwed respectively to outside of the two frames 1, 2. The lower frame 2 is attached to a bottom plate 9, and one side in longitudinal direction is fixed by stepped screws etc. to give degree of freedom in consideration of thermal expansion. Upper and lower rollers 3, 4 are housed rotatably in the space enclosed by the frames 1, 2 and side plates 5-8, and pressing force of these rollers is received by metallic faces of side plates 5-8. By constituting many parts of resin, a device of high heat insulating effect can be obtained.
