PURPOSE:To select a detecting signal correctly and to improve the reliability of the titled device by connecting plural detectors detecting the same parameter to the same point of a plant device. CONSTITUTION:The detectors 3, 25, 26 are connected in multiplex to the point 27 of the device 2 to take out a lot of the same parameters. Similarly, the converters and limit checkers 10 are arranged in multiplex and the outputs from the limit checkers 10 are inputted to redundant processing circuits 28. Even if incorrect detection or malfunction is generated in a part of the detectors 3, 25, 26, signals from the redundant processing parts 28 are processed without an error. |
