PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a heating part and a platen roller and enable their mounting to be performed easily by forming a positioning groove or holes at the bent part of a metallic substrate which is beforehand bent in U-shape. CONSTITUTION:A metallic substrate has a satisfactory mechanical strength and thermal conductivity, and a groove 16 formed in a bent part 1a resembling a character U using a thin carbon steel or aluminium with an enameled layer 2 formed through baking on the metallic substrate 1. The enameled substrate 10 is retained by a shaft 9 fitted to the groove 1b formed at the bent part 12 resembling a character on the metallic substrate 1. This results in the positioning of a platen roller and a heating part 3a. Consequently the platen roller and the heating part can easily be held on a recorder simply by fitting a shaft provided on the recorder such as rotational shaft 9 to the groove 1b, because the groove 1b formed at the bent part 1a in U-shape for determination of the positions of the platen roller and the heating part is preformed on the metallic substrate 1 when assembled into a heating part forming position and the recorder. |
