<p>An antitumor film of biodestructible polymers is a two-layer film in which the first layer, adjoining the tissues consists of a destructible polymer and of an antitumor preparation, whereas the second one consists of the same or of another destructible polymer the biodestruction time of which is longer than the release time of the antitumor preparation from the first layer, the thickness of the second layer constituting 0.1 to 0.8 of that of the first layer.</p> |
