<p>PURPOSE: To found the using condition of a telephone at a glance by a controller and to control a calling charge which is one of important expenses by being equipped with the calling time of a telephone set and a charge counting function by a POS device and printing out these data. CONSTITUTION:When a certain person has a telephone call 19, through a trunk line supervisory circuit 18, a CPU 11 stores once the telephone number to the telephone set number storing area (a) of a RAM 13, and simultaneously, stores the line number to an area (b). Continuously, a dial number is stored into an area (g), a calling starting time and a calling completing time are read from a present time storing area 13-2, and respectively, stored into an area (c) and an area (d). Next, 11 reads respectively the calling completing time and the starting time from the areas (d) and (c), counts the calling time, stores into an area (e), reads the area code of a dial number called from area code storing area of a ROM 12, counts the distance up to there, further, counts the call charge from it and stores into an area (f).</p> |
