PURPOSE:To provide a ribbon winder capable of preventing winding loosening, by frictionally engaging a power transmission member with a take-up core. CONSTITUTION:A pin 7b is embedded in the core shaft of the take-up core 6 of a ribbon take-up part and inserted in the shaft hole 6a of the core 6 to act force on a forcibly expanding direction by the spring force from the inside. A gear 7 and the core 6 are frictionally engaged with each other in this manner and the core shaft 7a of the inside always rotates faster than the take-up core 6 to prevent the winding loosening of an ink ribbon. By integrating one flange 6b of the take-up core 6 with the core shaft, the pull-off of the used ink ribbon becomes easy.
